AURASYIA SCOP Group Oil & Gas Uk LTD, and a privately owned enterprise duly incorporated under the laws of England and having its office registered in England and company registration number is #11858061 and hereinafter called (the Investor) and Basra Oil Company hereinafter called (the Owners) basically agreed to develop an Oil Tank farm and Offshore Loading Terminals and subsidiaries to include a housing and offices complex as well as an artificial Island in FAW, Basra, Iraq hereinafter ("the Project").
As Iraq is exercising enormous efforts to restore its oil production and sales to Higher levels, the project's strategic purpose is to receive, store, and furthermore to load crude oil and different petroleum white products on oil tankers.
The project's location is on the Arabian Gulf and it will help Iraq reach its goals to restore its export quota with minimum costs and a shorter period of time.
The Project includes two sections: Onshore Farm Tank & Subsidiaries(FAW) and Offshore Loading Terminals (Island at 45 km in the Gulf within the Iraqi Territorial Waters).

Greetings! It is my pleasure to present to you the Basra Oil Tank Farm & Offshore Loading Island and Terminals Project, a one-of-a-kind project to be built on a BOTT basis by the private sector represented by AURASYIA SCOP GROUP OIL & GAS UK Limited and AVIC International Beijing Co. in collaboration and coordination with the Iraqi Ministry of Oil and the Basra Oil Company.
The need for oil has increased dramatically since it was first discovered as well as the need to store it, especially during the world's last pandemic which forced oil-producing countries to slow production and store oil because of decreased demand thus increasing the strategic need for more oil storage facilities. This project, since its inception in 2015, found the full support of the South Oil Company General Director (then) Mr. Hayyan ABdulGhani, now His Excellency the Iraqi Minister of Oil.

A project fully financed and built by the private sector under the approval and standards of BOC, represented by its General Director the Honorable Mr. Bassem Abdulkareem.
AURASYIA joined with AVIC International Beijing China Co. to secure the proper finances for the project and the original agreement that was signed in 2019 was re-confirmed in February 2023.
